You advise us your flight details when you make a transfer booking before your arrival. You will be picked up by a staff who will be holding a sign with your name written on it, awaiting your arrival outside at the exit of the airport terminal.

As a general guideline, the weather in Khaolak is warm all year round. However, the weather is generally most pleasant from November to February when there are clear skies and sunshine. The hot season is from April and May, when temperatures reach their highest. The rainy season is between June and September although it does not rain everyday and usually the rain only lasts for an hour or so in the evening. From this time of year most of the resorts reduce the price up to 70%.

Khaolak is centrally located along Andaman coast, surrounded by 7 national parks in the area. It is bounded by;

• - 1 hr. drive to Phuket Airport
• - 1 hr. drive to Phang-nga Bay Marine National Park
• - 1 hr. drive to Khaosok National Park
• - 25 mins. drive to Thaimuang-Lampi National Park
• - 1 hr. by speed boat to Similan Marine National Park
• - 1 hr. 30 mins. by speed boat to Surin Marine National Park
• - 1 hr. 15 mins. by speed boat to Tachai Island
• - 1 hr. drive to Sri Phang-nga National Park
• - 10 mins. drive to Khaolak National Park Headquater

Low season (May to October), the Similan, Surin and Tachai archipelago are closed annually. We normally run a daily trip from Khaolak to Phi Phi island for snorkeling.

For transfer services, all drivers are trained to communicate in English, not fluently but understanding. For the trips, we always do provide a guide with fluent command in English. Other languages are on requests.

A group, repeat customers, or booking more than 2 trips, the prices are negotiable.

Payment can be made by Paypal, credit cards or pay cash on service day. For overnight trips, we need to have a deposit in amount of 30 % of the total price. The receipt will be sent to you via e-mail after transaction. We do provide information and meeting at your hotel. Just make an appointment to us to meet at your hotel by your convenient time. There is no expense.
